Be Cool With Your Cravings

Hello all! 
So we've been talking about fitness, different workouts and healthy diets and you'll definitely be getting more about that from us. But we want to discuss what happens on those days where you just NEED chocolate. 
Cravings seems to be the worst. Especially when you're 4 days into your fitness routine and can't stop thinking about the Red Velvet cake you had a couple weeks ago. We understand this happens to us too!
First lets start by letting you know that fitness and healthy is a a lifestyle. Yes many people get into it to lose weight but in order for the weight to stay off we need to have a routine. Eating and working out are just ways to take care of yourself and everyone is different. For some it could be working out once a week and eating clean, while for others it could be working out everyday and with occasional "cheat days" on the weekends. No matter where you are cravings will come. We don't want you to think so negatively about these cravings because sometimes your body just wants what it wants. Especially if it is a major change in diet or working out. The best solution we at Fit Curls suggest is to be "Cool with your Cravings." 
When we say be cool with them we mean it just as it sounds. Just be cool with them. 😎  You don't have to give in to your cravings all the time but once in a while it's cool ! Treat yourself ! Whether its a set date a month or if you know you've been working hard for a couple weeks and miss your favorite dessert, go for it! Go have that dessert or meal you've been thinking about and get it out your system and mind and get back to work! Fitness is about being happy so it doesn't have to always be by the books. 
As you go about your fitness journey just remember cravings aren't always bad and it's okay to treat yourself.
