YOU NEED TURMERIC - How to get this super spice in your diet



We’re not being over dramatic (maybe a bit, but it got your attention right?) but if you don’t have turmeric in your diet, you’re really missing out on all of it’s amazing benefits. Here are 4 ways to get this this spice in your life. 

1. Take it like a G
I personally don’t mind the taste of turmeric and take it straight up. What I mean by this is I put it in my water and drink it straight. It's really not that bad
2. Pop ‘em
Oh the magic of modern medicine. You can literally get anything in pill form, and turmeric is no different. If you don’t want to actually taste the spice, you can take it in pill form and go on with you day.
3. Get your protein, queen
My second favourite way to get some turmeric (without the taste) is putting it in my protein shakes. This is a great way to add the spice to your diet because it goes right to work on your muscles, especially if your protein shake comes after a workout. 
4. The old fashioned way 
Just eat it! Add the spice to your food! If you like curry, you’ll love turmeric because it has the same taste. Add a bit (or a lot) of this spice to your food and reap the amazing benefits.
