Super Foods to the Rescue!

We always hear the term Superfoods, but what exactly are these little hero's and why are they talked about?
Super foods are foods that are said to be rich in nutrients.
Here our 10 of our favorite superfoods that very are beneficial for health and fitness. Adding as much of them as possible will allow you to not only see benefits in your body but in how you feel !

1. Blueberries

Can be eaten as a snack or even blended in a smoothie or protein drink. 


2. Kale

Used in a salad, can be steamed or cooked for a couple of mins on stove top or can even be a great addition your green smoothie. 


3. Chia Seeds

We love chia seeds in our smoothies or protein drinks, and they can also be added into a salad. 


4. Black beans

Black beens is a great side or base to a lunch of dinner. 


5. Quinoa

Quinoa is a rice replacement that like black beans can be added to lunch or dinner. 


6. Salmon

We LOVEEE Salmon! Especially baked or cooked on the stove top for lunch or dinner.


7. Avocados

Every season is avocado season! Or at least we wish right? Avocados can be a great side to any breakfast lunch or dinner. Can even be cut open as a healthy and fulling snack.



8. Broccoli

Pariis loves broccoli. Again usually prepared for lunch or dinner. We enjoy steaming it on the stove top. 


9. Spinach
Spinach is great steamed very quickly as a side or for your entire salad.


10. Green Tea

Green tea is a favorite for our tea drinkers. Having this in the morning to start your day or even at night will make a great.
