My top 3 Vega protein shake recipes

Protein does not have to be boring! You can mix your favorite fruits with your shake and make something almost as beautiful as you! 
Out of all of the brands out there, Vega has to be my favorite. They have so many different flavors and products that cater specifically to your needs. I drink their sport protein every day after workouts & the Vega One shake is my go-to protein in the morning or as a snack. 


Here are my top 3 protein shake recipes:
1. Strawberries & Cream Smoothie
  • 1 1/2 cup cup soy or almond milk 
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop of your choice of Vanilla vega protein 
  • 2. Blueberry Orange Smoothie
  • 1 serving of your choice of Vanilla vega protein
  • 1 whole orange, peeled
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3. Raspberry Grapefruit Smoothie
  • 1 scoop your choice of Vanilla vega protein
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ large pink grapefruit, peeled
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 6 ice cubes
