We all have very busy lives, (if you don’t, I’m jealous) but we should all makes some time for abs! Here is an ab circuit that I created a year ago that I try to do everyday! It’s an easy way to get 300 ab exercises done in less than ten minutes.
Maya’s 300 Circuit
- 30 crunches
- 30 flutter kicks
- 30 bicycle crunches
- 30 second plank
- 30 cross crunches
- 30 sitting twists
- 30 reverse crunches
- 30 pulse-ups
- 30 plank crunches
- 30 leg raises
