Work What Yo Momma Gave Ya!



Okay y'all, its time to get your butts to work! (LITERALLY) A strong glute (also known as that booty) is key to strength, power and looking good in the body con dress. We've come up with a quick circuit for you that will lift, shape and tone that behind of yours.

  • 20 squats (use weighted dumbbells based on your strength)
  • 20 side lunges
  • 15 donkey kicks each legs
  • 30 glute bridges 
  • 20 front lunges
  • 10 jumping squats
  • 10 single leg squats each leg 

Repeat 3 times with 3 minutes rest between each set
